Video duration: 17 seconds My first vid using my digital camera. This was taken in 2006 on the Shaftesbury Ferry in Alberta on which I was the Tugboat operator. The Peace River was extremely low due to BC (British Columbia) Hydro not letting very much water out of the W.A.C. Bennett and Black Canyon Dams.
