Parody and satire ... the borders are so close and suddenly it is no more fair use but a copyright infringement. Anyway, did you know that the fair use policy is not even valid worldwide? So what can be fine there can still violate the law somewhere else. The very best is really to get all the neccessary licenses by asking the copyright owner. I even do this if it is about free music by the Creative Common license (as this license is mostly limited to keep the format).
