You know, I've been trying to figure that out, and I think that Bill just stands up straight. Tom slouches a lot, I think, in part to fit his hip hop persona :-)... They both have these beautiful long necks, and look at how curved over his is as they're standing next to each other. Bill may indeed be taller, but not by as much as Tom makes it look with his stance, I think!
