this is 7 parallel reps, I posted a video response of 6 full reps. I'm sure you can probably do it now, but there's a big difference between parallel reps and full reps.

Thanks CADAVERHUSK ... Doin lots of grippers work its the most important thing ... working the extensors(rubber bands) and the thumb pad may increase your potencial. i believe u have a very strong thumb because u can do TNS reps easely:-)i am kind of lazy but i believe hands pinch(thumbs) /block weights/or pinch are great to improve gripper training:-) certification? i want it! one more year of hard training at least:-)))

thanks man,yeah i wanted to start with a tns as its a bit more of a challenge.I have managed 15 paralell reps since then.How often are you training? I train exclusively on grippers at the moment.Looking for big breakthroughs when i can get of my bum and start doing specific grip exercises.Good luck with your gripping,see you at the certification day!

well done ! u started with a TNS rep then did some paralell reps:-)i bet u can do about 10-12 paralell reps if u wont start with tns:-)

Thanks pointman127, Yes i can close the 2.5 pretty regular and i have closed the #3 twice.I have to hold the spring with my left hand to do this.I dont train at gym so i would imagine i am fairly weak at powerlifting movements! Good luck with your gripper crushing

Good job, are you strong in powerlifting movements also? Can you close the 2.5?
