Sí puede ser... pero capáz que el tipo lo hizo con autorización. Hay muchas personas que utilizan bases de otras canciones. EN la música árabe se usa mucho así como también, por ejemplo, podemos citar a Madonna, que utilizó la intro de "Gimme Gimme" de los Abba para su canción "Hung Up". No creo q lo haya hecho sin autorización.
