A local cemetery that's supposedly haunted. I went there on October 5 and took some footage of the place. Nice and spooky. Maybe I should spend the night there. The local legend says some witches were murdered and buried there.
Sorry about how shaky the footage is. It's not how I hoped it would turn out.

Check out camcorderinfo for more info on that. That's where I get most of my camcorder news. And they have a list of the most popular camcorders on there too. It's really handy. I'd recommend buying from Amazon or B&H Photo. B&H is pretty highly recommended by a lot of camera buyers.

Thanks. I'll definitely keep you in mind. I think it may be a while, though, until I can do another short. And for now I'm the only actor available for my own movies. So for now there's not much talking in my movies. But hopefully I will get to the point where I'll need a script.

Well the mic is still coming in the mail, but I can tell you what I plan to do with it. I thought about buying one of those Rode Videomics. They seem to hook right into the microphone port on the camcorder. But then I decided to get the Azden SGMX1 instead, so I could run XLR cable to it and put it on a boom. The Rode wouldn't have worked as well for that. I also had to get an adapter to hook the XLR cable up to the 3.5mm port on the camera.

Thanks. Appreciate it. Yep, it was done with a Canon HV20. I used a beat up old tripod, but no other accessories. Unless my brother counts. He did a lot of the filming. I'm not very good at color grading, or anything like that, so I left the footage as is. I just bought a new microphone, so hopefully my next film will be better. I'm pretty proud of this effort over all, but I think there's room for improvement. I think I ought to build one of those cheap steadycams for my next film as well.

The classic Bible story, only with more gore and violence. Just ignore the talking parts. They totally suck. I should have just edited them out. Anyway, this is the most fun I've ever had making or watching one of my movies. Awesome performance by Daniel.

Revenge flick I made for my freshman year of high school. Guy goes to Vietnam. Bad stuff goes down while he's gone, so he comes back and kicks ass with his spec-ops skills. It's pretty lame really. Hope you get some laughs out of it.
