i think natural causes only applies to someone 89 years old.since she was in her early'30's one would have to believe it was something else(medical,foul play,etc.)since nothing else was found,heart attack would be the logical cause(definitely not a ham sandwich).

Well official version in the death documentary is "Death Of Natural Causes", but Cass's sister Leah Kunkell said there's only 1% that she died in heart attack and 99% unknown.
