I think her voice is now shot due to her abuse of alcohol. She's almost always holding a glass of liquor in most pics. And, PLEASE put the hand down! And, please no more bird whistles. If she could sing words with the whistle it would be amazing. Her voice might be restored if she quits drinking for a period of time. Alchol has hurt many good singers voices.
