Hello, Actually if a person is an albino that means that there was a defect in the chromosomes and the gene that detemines skin color and eye color is absent. The purpose of the skin pigment is to protect mainly from the sun. Albino humans are very vunerable to sun light and they get sun burn and skin damage related to the sun very easily. Most albinos that I know personally ended up going legally blind before the age of 30 years old because their eyes can't take the sunlight.
