If lenders at been scrutinised and mortgage rates fixed, along with hammering down on the offering of subprime loans, then the crisis would have been averted. The reality is that lenders got too greedy, and with interest rates laxed, charged too much than people could afford. Come on.. she means that she is for women's rights and women having equal rights but she does not politically fall under the umbrella of partisan women's groups like NOW and Code Pink which are often synonomous with the term feminist.
