Yes he did you. History doesn't lie, only those who is too prideful to accept history would make up new stories and use it as fact. There was a Buddhist crisis and the VC use that situation to their advantage. People have to stop looking at Diem as a hero. It is insulting to the real Heroes who fought and died for South Vietnam. I have much respect for President Ngo Dinh Diem of the first VNCH. He was an intelligent man with compassion and courage. Wrongfully indicted for a crime he overlooked but did not commit, President Diem's death was a shame. It was wrong. Communist propaganda led to the belief thathe was the one behind the prosecution of Buddhist Monks, but the truth of the matteris he was not.ThankYou President Diem.
