no es malo hacerlo 2 veces, pero eso si has ejercicios cardiobasculares con unos 2 o 3 minutos que brinques la cuerda antes de hacerlos. y si quieres tener unos buenos abdominales es necesario una dieta (conq no comas cereales y dulces basta) espero y te sirva

todo ejercicio mientras mas mejor? ehm... para nada. No somos robots asi q tenemos limites muy bien definidos. Con hacer una buena ejecucion una vez al dia basta. Entiendase "buena" como completar todo el rango de movimiento en una buena posicion

De verdad funciona, pero hagan lo que dice el hombre, no peguen la cabeza al cuello y siempre las manos atrás de las orejas, no en la nuca. no se levanten con la cabeza, levántense con los abdominales. obtendrán excelentes resultados ;)
