You need QuArK or Constructor for that and they replaced the Level Editor for most level creators.

Try creating your MIS by copy/pasting another MIS and then work on that new MIS file. Make sure it's not read-only.

invalid packet means a wrong skybox is used. Check the Sky code for the dml and fix it as needed.

First off relax. Secondly, you tell it to choose a program from the list and choose whichever you're better off with: Notepad, Wordpad or Microsoft Word. Personally I use notepad. Then tell it to apply to all files ending with such extention (i.e. tick the box at the bottom).

Incase this doesn't reply to the correct comment. i'm replying to IRD telling w2rockstar he uses fraps. anyway: isn't Fraps Unsupported codec? i've tryed uploading Demo Fraps recordings but they all say unsupported codec. but you must've used WMM to get it better.

Then wait for it to load and look for it. It's early on in the start :P If you can't be bothered, don't bother going to the Level Editor, especially since its hard. This is a guide for beginners and experts alike and covers almost all editor related functions, thus create superior levels that can be only be beaten by QuArK made interiors and missions. If you can't find out how to do obvious things by yourself that you had resorted to this video, then the editor is definitely not for you.
