Nice list that seems more realistic than some of the others. Shame that some good drummers were missed off. Tony Williams (Miles Davis Quintet, Vinnie Colaiuta (Frank Zappa/Sting)and Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree/King Crimson touring band plus session work.

I saw a interview with Roger Daltry just the other day. They, The Who already had had another drummer when Keith Moon came up to Roger in studio and told Daltry he was 10 times the drummer they had. Roger gave Keith a shot. Pete Townshend started playing a little riff and behind Roger was this louder than loud BLAST! Roger said it sounded like a jet engine behind him, lol!!! Keith sure was a great drummer who just didn't know how to kick booze and drugs. What a personality!!! I miss him.
