From lots of different sources, basically! From the police report, from other videos. If you type in 'break fast' the guy in the vid driving is Dustin Gorton (he's even wearing the same clothes, white tee,camoflage pants,cleveland indians cap) Then in his witness report he states he was friends with E and D. But i know it's him in this vid coz also in the police report, another kid points him out using that photo where he's sat on the ground crying.
