Well, not everyone agrees with that. Like the video says, the Gal or Gyaru style is a form of rebellion. They're just rebelling against what society over there, considers to be "beautiful." Gyaru is basically the Japanese version of the Punk or Gothic styles here in the West. Which is people view them as delinquents.
