i am a mechanic and a avid dodge owner ...first off there are no known faults with dodge brakes....gm on the other hand wear out pads rappidly but chrysler has no faults there....and all the dodges ive owned the only fault ive had is the 4 speed transaxle witch dodge replaced under warenty every time no questions they are amazing to deal with and i will buy MANY MANY more dodge products

I know exactly what you are saying, I also have a 2003 Dodge Caravan. OEM Rotors warped, I replace them with off name cross drilled rotors hoping to keep them cool like in race conditions, those rotors warped also! So I replaced everything with New NAPA calipers, new NAPA brake lines, and 250.00 Baer Decela rotors. They now have warped after 3,000 miles. Dodge brakes are to small for there heavy vehicles! PERIOD!

Should have demanded new rotars when you got it serviced under warranty. If they warp that quickly turning them wont do anything because they are defective. I will NEVER be buying a dodge. PERIOD.

I have been a chrysler ,jeep,dodge, tech for years now,and complaints like these are very common,first if you have rear drums ,check adjustment,there supposed to be self adjusting, but check them,and just because your service department sucks doesnt mean every one does.

THEYL REPAIR ANYTHING ON MY DADS DODGE MAGNUM without any complaining or a super crazy price... the only problem we had with the car was wen my brother was drving and he backed the car into a pole so we had to change the door SKIN!! wut did dodge say DONT WORRY ABOUT IT PAL...WEEL CHANGE THE WHOLE DOOR FOR THE SAME PRICE... i guess dodge in USA sucks balls....

Thanks for all the comments on my first video. I wanted to let you know the truck is still running great and my new Cryo Rotors and pads are 100 times better than anything I could have expected from Dodge.

Everytime I have been to that Sprint store the sales people always treat me like family and take care of me and listen to my problems. I have actually spoken to both the managers many of times and they welcome every customer into their store. I have seen them help plenty of customers in a bad mood walking in and then when they leave they are very happy!

And as far as you punkirocker666 let me tell you the stores are held to higher standards and rules. Sprint stores actually have to see the phone and go by what the reciept says on the back. Meaning that the phone must be returned in the same condition as the customer bought it! Not with scratches on it that were not caused by a case they bought. If the case was scratching phones Sprint would not sell them.
