Design criteria: it had to be puppeteered by a 100 pound ballerina! Each puppet has 9 degrees of freedom controlled via cables and precision machined pulley mechanisms. Great job!!! How did you get the eyebrow movement? I don't see any mechanism that would get that action from the video that shows only the workings. Also, is that a latex face or silicone? How did you attach the skin to the mechanism? Keep up the good work, it's AWESOME!
