They did meet again before this Madison Sguare Garden rematch, it was in Philly at the Spectrum, I saw it on the USA Network. They both were bloodied after the Iron Sheiks boot was used. I think it was more interesting than their two MSG bouts.

They definitely did at least one house show match after Hogan won and before this match. It was on one of those old Hulkamania compliation tapes -- Sheik used his boot and busted Hogan open before Hogan did the same to Sheik. I think both guys got DQ'd. Would love to see that match on here if someone has it to post.

This was the same card as the Gold Record incident. That's why Sheik yells about Cyndi Lauper, and Hulk acts like a man posessed. Also, this was the night David Shultz slapped John Stossel when Stossel was interviewing him for 20/20.
