76% of people in the United States have an Ipod, 84% of people ages 12 and up have a cell phone, and almost everyone with a computer has email....so why would you pay 500$, plus internet service, plus phone service, to get what you already have, just neatly bundled up a little better? if you would buy it, that's fine, but i personally would not waste $500 on a piece of machinery that i already have, or $500+ a year for the services it requires to do all those features it talks about.

This thing will work for normal sized people with normal sized hands. I happen to be 8' 10" with hands the size of steering wheels and feel that this product, like so many of apple's offerings, has left me way on the sideline. On another note, I dont know where that short-stack, dolphin-saving Chinese guy gets off on calling himself the tallest man in the world, but I will eat his body weight for breakfast. fu@#ing hobbit.

You guys should not be so surprise. LG for example has a phone called KE850, and a mexican company called "Zonda" has the "mptrez" phone, which has a touch screen, cam, interet, music. And is just 300 dolars. But you would have to buy it in mexico.

the palm treo (and others) has all those features and more. all apple's got is a MUCH nicer UI and more internal storage (and possibly DRM). not worth the upgrade. definitely worth looking on ebay for 2nd hand smartphones instead.

The phon... no Ipo... no web-browsing device seems great. But i can see many weak sides to. The device didnt seem to have a camera and is very big (imagine it in your pocket), the touch-screen seemed fragile and prone to become dusty/dirty, and I seriously wonder how text messages are writen on the mobile phone. I still think its cool... but expensive

The only thing immoral about embryonic research is not doing it and discard with arrogance the best resources God has put in our hands to help people with serious illnesses in our society, and then claim to do so in His name. Rush vs. Michael aside, this issue is really about embryonic vs. adult stem cell research. Embryonic research is immoral because even science does not dispute that human life begins at conception. Creating and destroying human life in the lab, no matter how worthy the reason, is wrong because it terminates a human life. Stem cell research (the legal one) is quite different from embyronic stem cells research. Embryonic stem cells can potentially repair any damaged tissue because it is a precurser to form all the organs in the body so it is not selective as opposed to adult stem cell's which have to be harvested from the certain tissue you want to repair. Expample heart cell to repair damaged heart.

I admire Mike for his decency in the face of such an ad hominem attack from Mr Limbaugh. He's got a voice and, last I checked, a right to advocate on behalf of any candidate he likes. The shame (I rarely use that word) is that he advocates for public help in a finding a cure for a set of diseases and he's excoriated as being political (?). Meanwhile, Mr Limbaugh advocates that Mike be quiet for _his_ own personal monetary gain. Nobody (besides Mr Limbaugh) benefits when Rush wins this one.
