i think its the injectors. but those are going to have to wait, fuel pump just went out. gettin complete replacement with aftermarket. then i will be able to supply enough fuel for the new injectors.

you need to get that 15w-40 out of it. and go to your nearest ford dealer for the latest calibration. 10w-30 is the reccomended weight in the 6.0 it is all i run in mine. and it makes a big difference. it also helps im a ford diesel tech. (not to sound like a prick). it can all be fixed. i would bet the glow plugs and base engine are fine.

I would be more concerned with the white smoke than the sticking injector/s right now, I know of an 03 6.0(03 now!) that has about 300k on all 8 of it's original injectors, it runs like crap for about 2-3 minutes when cold started, but it runs fine otherwise - the miss DOES clear up after it begins to warm, right?

oh wait.. I just noticed the 75*.. hmm.... EGR valve stuck partially open, also sounded like it took a very long time for the turbo vanes to close up when you started it on re-listening to the video. Does it continue to smoke white while driving, or just on Start-up?

Sticking injectors cold is a common issue with the 6.0, it look slike you've got a couple of plugs out as well as the sticking injector/s (sounds like just one, but maybe more) Add a lubricity additive (non ash 2 cycle engine oil is good, or Lucas Upper Cylinder Lube is good as well) to your fuel for one tank, and it should go away while the additive is in there, confirming the injector/s sticking.

hard start with white smoke is over fueling yes but its because the computer is trying to compensate for the no start condition i have a 97 7.3 Powerstroke had the exact same problem till i replaced the glowplug relay havent had a probelm since. But just for good mesure might try calling a dealer.

no, VGT sensor was NOT unplugged. you can argue with me as much as you like but i know how it was. it IS the stock turbo with no mods to it whatsoever. as for the Airdog. it is shimmed to 65psi so it runs just fine. im going to add a Raptor RP-150 after the Airdog so that i can drop the pressure to 16 on the Airdog and use the Raptor to get it up to 60psi. you dont even know how its running? try it and you'll see. im not the only one either.

shimming the pump? the airdog ? not familiar w/em. dan from fass sent me a stiffer spring for my fass150/180 to up the fuel pressure and no problems since. i have completely removed the factory regulator in the bowl, my fuel goes thru -10 lines to the stock hard lines, then INTO the front of heads, OUT the back of heads, THEN into the aeromotive regulator then to return. as long as you stay above 40psi you are okay and won't do any damage, any less is bad. 40 probably safer than 80..

all the info is up there. im just havin a little trouble shimmin the pump to the right pressure. 2 washers is 20psi, 3 washers is 80psi. i know its too high. im trying to get it to 60-65. i have it at 50 right now. im going to try to get it up to around 60 so i can be happy and drive it. then im taking the reg. spring and ball out of the return line and going to put a regulator in the return line to set the pressure where i want.

what are you running for a pump/regulator ? first of all, it's too high when you run over 70psi you will start to piss off your copper injector gaskets, and autometer gauges are known to fluctuate is it a mechanical gauge or an electric gauge ? mine stays at 62psi steady all day long no matter what. FASS 150/180 w/ITP regulated return kit

no, the trans is goin out. my isspro showed 165. the stock one goes from normal to red around 130*. it's goin to the shop very soon for the trans. and it already has a suncoast super duty kit with suncoast converter. not even a year!
