Sorry, my mistake. You are a good man to be so devout to your faith. Even still though, don't forget, God may oversee the Heavens and the Earth, but it's us humans who make or break that Earth. With that said, remember, a big thing that makes Evangelicals different from religious extremist is that Evangelicals don't force their creed's laws onto others. All in all, last I checked Christianity and Catholicism are build with the belief that they should not force their creed and beliefs on others (the crusades and such are not counted because they were caused by corrupt men leading the church, it's not the church's fault). I read Mathew 19:1-12 and I must say thank you for helping me with understanding God's Word more as I am always seeking this. The bible wasn't written by god. The bible was written through the eyes and beliefs of separate men over a certain period of time. Read Deuteronomy, it is insane, but it was the cultural normality (Which once explain, disproves ALL Christian tirades against beliefs). For example, do you know how many translations of the bible there are? In the English language alone there must be thousands of the one you are reading. Simple word changes here and there can change an entire culture and belief.

Oh wonderful, stage three evangelical. This is my favorite step, the "I art holier than thou" step. You do know that the bible is not to be taken literally right? One chapter it says "He who's testicles have been crushed cannot enter the assembly of the lord" yet another says "One must be a eunuch to enter the chamber of the lord" or something like that. The bible was written as far back as 2500 years ago. The new testament is just 1750 years old. But the terminology you have is new.

Nice try. I believe literally what God says. Read the other Bible passages I gave you. It is WRONG AND YOU KNOW IT! Sexual imoral means all things that abuse sex: adultry (sex outside of marriage), homosexual (sex with same gender), masturbation, lust, rape, and fornication. Also, God's Word goes back further back than 500 years ago. He was their in the beginning, o and HE is God. I think I am more inclined to believe in Him rather than you or the one you heard about the soliders from.

Again, why do you think god condemned them BEFORE they supposedly said "Come out so we can have sex with them" (Which is a historical mistranslation. Christian music would be better, but I haven't found any Christian music that actually has as much talent as the secular bands I listen to. Many people have given me suggestions to Christian music, but I didn't like any of it. you can disagree if you want, just remember that this is a non-essential issue.

At a Christian event I was filled with God like to where I had never been before. They played some non-Christian songs there and I rocked out to God still. Also, in the car at the same event, a rap song, I was like making rap moves. I agree that if we are true Christians with the Holy Spirit in us, nothing can effect us or influence us.
