Seriously, she wasn't THIN thin. Look at her back fat. I'm a few years older than her and I don't even have back fat now! People nowadays ALWAYS say someone is anorexic or too thin, but those people are always on the chubby side of normal or overweight. North Americans are fat - especially in the US. As a Canadian who's travelled to the US, I see the huge disparity between my country and the US. There wasn't as much hype about Kate in Europe because Europeans are much thinner. Overly thin-no.
