Hi, things like channeling, remote viewing, OBE, and with astral projection it takes a lot of practice, but it all can be done. The biggest tip I can give you is to not block yourself, and practice. There are books on it, I'm currently reading "Remote Viewing Secrets a handbook" by Joseph McMoneagle & "the ultmate book of Shadows for the new geration solitary witch" by Silver RavenWolf a relly good book. I have done Chaneling and I got good results and freeked out my moms sister at the same time

So what do you believe we are all about? Do you believe in individuality after death, oneness, a mix of both maybe? I believe that we are all one eternal mind/stream of data trying to entertain/evolve itself by making the illusion of seperate beings via the physical universe. I know that we are more than meat robots. I am a real boy, not a fleshy puppet. WE ARE ALL REAL, ONE and ETERNAL. Am I the only person this theology appeals to?

my key to having a nonspontaneous obe is to do it when nobody at my house at all and have everything that makes noise off. i think we will remember this human experience as a dream when we die like we remember spiritual experiences as a dream when we wake up. for me drifting off in nothingness triggers my obe's. i can just feel something in the middle of my brain activate when i drift of into nothingness. taking me out of body.

ive had one out of body experience, i was knocked over when i was younger nothing bad but i remember seeing myself rolling in a ball, but in reality i was probably in a star jump pose lmao x x

I'm mostly just looking for others to talk to about it. I think from having all of thse experiences and information I have enough for now. maybe not lol. i have charged healing stones that I use for my chakras when i meditate.

Chakras in your body triggers the out of body experience. Chakras are energies that manifest inside our physical body. One thing is for sure. Energy cannot be destroyed. Only Transformed.

hey diana! long time no talk. yes it is called astral catalepsy its when your spirit is trying to detatch itself from your body and it gets kinda sucked back in or it could be what you said as well. when i re-enter my body i always get jolted awake, but then feel like i was awake the whole time. from what i read alot of people have outer body experiences but just don't remember them, so i bet you are having OBEs as well and getting jolted awake when you re-enter your body!!! :)

ok...I've read up on this before..not religiously..but I have..because there are times that things happen when I'm asleep that are just plain fucking weird..and I had read that ya know when you have that sudden jolt just outta the blue when you are sound asleep? that is your outer body "re-entering" your "real" body..this happens to me alot..soooo not sure. I'll have to get a cam corder and get some videos up soon hahahha..have a webcam but no cam-corder =) Can't wait to hear responses
