I've only heard terrible aggression storeis about the indian ornamentals. did you get this big, or did you raise her??? I want one terribly, but I like to handle my t's once in a while. So I try to stay away from the ridiculously aggressive stuff.

Yeah, Mine had a grudge for about a week when I first got her, but Now she just settles for one night of climbing. I don't handel her anymore, but I still have to clean her tank frequently, and she knows when I'm doing it. I also have to say, they are pretty smart to consistenly look for an exit after we opened the lid, thinking that we will eventually forget to put the cover back on. How big is your Zebra T? I don't think mine is adult yet.

haha mine does that too. Take her out and when you put her back she will walk circles along the glass trying to climb out. This will go on for nearly 4 days. Its happend numerous times so I don't bother handling this one any more

I have a video of handling one of them, you should check it out. Yeah, At least yours does that. Mine always flicks hairs, and I HATE the bald look on their abdomens. Mine got more calmer and docile the more I handled them, but every time I handeled her, she climbs up the glass looking for an exit, so I try not to do such things to the spider. My Rosehaired is more skittish than my zebra tarantula.

sometimes tarantula regarded as docile can still be provoked or just cranky. I've seen such as P. murinus (who are usually evil little bastards) be handled (check right here on YouTube).
